Andrew Loos is the owner of Heartland Cremation & Burial Society in Kansas City, Missouri. Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Heartland is recognized for providing some of the most innovative funeral & cremation customer experiences in the industry. 
 
In 2010, Andrew founded Cremation Consulting. Over the past decade, he has coached many of America’s fastest-growing cremation brands, sharing his expertise and insight to help them thrive. 
 
Andrew resides in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with his wife, Elizabeth. They have a daughter, Isabelle, who also lives in Kansas City. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Northwest Missouri State University.
