Over the years, she has trained and coached thousands of people to transition from “doers” to leaders. She works with leaders to give them the tools and strategies they need to feel confident, more self-aware, team-focused, and strategic.

She authored a book about leadership, ‘Mastering Leadership—What It Takes To Lead In Today’s Fast-Paced World,’ and has led her own teams.

Vanessa has had the privilege of developing leaders in organizations such as Campbell Soup Company, HelloFresh, SickKids Hospital, University of Toronto, and the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
